The Kansas City Kansas Housing Authority invites bids for the installation of HVAC Improvements at K1-15 Scattered Sites, 46th and Oak Streets, Kansas City, Kansas.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The work consists of the removal of gas-fired furnaces , installation of new furnaces and condensing units, installation of refrigerant piping and valving,, installation of piping insulation on all refrigerant suction lines, fabrication and installation of new return-air ducts/plenums and new supply-air ducts, installation of new safety switches and branch circuits, connection to existing gas vents, and associated electrical wiring and accessories.
Sealed bids should be made to the Kansas City, Kansas Housing Authority and will be received until 2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 4, 2010 at the Housing Authority office. Bid documents shall be sealed in an envelope to be clearly labeled as follows:

Written proposals will be received in person, or through the mail, until 5:00 p.m., CST, on November 19, 2009, at the Housing Authority’s administration office, located at 1124 North 9th Street, Kansas City, Kansas. The selection process for an apartment or multi family development for possible purchase will consider the information and criteria listed in the Request For Proposals (RFP).
